This notice covers teamwing.app, the teamwing.app/app application, the business.teamwing.app space and the public form and share pages.
Application data is stored in the European Union. Service emails are sent by Brevo (France) and payments are handled by Stripe (Ireland).
The sale and use of the service are governed by the terms of sale and use. How personal data is processed is described in the privacy policy; for any question: privacy@teamwing.app. You can lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr), or the authority of your country.
The site and application set no advertising or audience-measurement cookies. They only use the browser’s local storage for what is strictly needed for the service you ask for (staying signed in, language, theme, display preferences), which does not require consent. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives the visitor’s IP address when they load.
TeamWing hosts content created by its users (boards, public forms, share pages). To report content you believe is illegal, write to contact@teamwing.app with: the exact address (URL) of the content, why you consider it illegal, your name and email address, and a statement that you are acting in good faith. This single point of contact answers in French and English. Every report is examined diligently; the reporter and the user concerned are told the decision and its reasons.
The TeamWing name, logo, texts, visuals, videos and code of the site and application belong to the publisher unless stated otherwise. Any full or partial reproduction or reuse without written permission is prohibited. Content created by users belongs to them.
